Shipping and Delivery

How does shipping and delivery work?

You can send them directly by entering their address as the shipping address, and your own as the billing address. All My Vivid Melbourne come automatically wrapped with beautiful packaging, and we don’t include any value invoices inside the bag, as any receipts are sent directly to your own email address. It’s just that easy!

How much does shipping cost?

If you live in Australia, shipping is free on all orders and there is no minimum purchase requirement. YES! You heard it right! THERE IS NO MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENT.

We send out all orders via Australia Post and it usually takes 2-8 business days for your order to arrive after it has been picked and packed.

How do I track my order?

After we pass your order to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain the tracking link for you to follow the progress of your delivery.

Haven’t received your shipping confirmation yet? This means your order may still be in the processing stage. We’ll send you an email as soon as we process your order.

Hey, I think my order might be lost. Can you check for me?

We understand that life happens sometimes, and delivery may take longer than usual. If this happens, please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist with your inquiry.

Please note: Once we pass your order to Australia Post, it is out of our hands. We completely understand that delays are frustrating, but once your package is with the postal service, any issues need to be investigated by Australia Post. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, that we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.

Can I change my shipping address? We're happy to help.

Please let us know if you need to make changes to an order that has not yet shipped. We can help with this.

Don't worry if you've already received a shipping confirmation email. You can still redirect your order via the Australia Post tracking link we provide in that email.

Please make sure you enter your address correctly when purchasing or redirecting as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses, and lost goods will not be replaced if they are sent to an incorrect address.

If the item you have ordered is not right, please email us immediately with the subject line ‘Change’ or ‘Cancel’ and we will do everything we can to help.

Can I buy an MVM E-Gift Card with a discount code?

Unfortunately, we can’t offer you any discounts when purchasing a MVM E-Gift Card. However, the recipient can redeem their Gift Card using a discount code, so it all works out in the end!

How long are Gift Cards valid for?

We give you 12 months from the date of purchase to use your Gift Card.
