Well, as much as you consider yourself as a local expert, just sometimes you tend to google up somethings, well at least you have done few times. Let’s see the points.

10. MELBOURNE AIRPORT TRAINS

Currently, the connections between Melbourne Airport and the railway network is made with coach and airport buses. Guess this train link to the airport will not establish for many more years.

11. WHY DO WE HAVE A PUBLIC HOLIDAY FOR GRAND FINAL DAY OF MELBOURNE CUP?

When in 2015, Daniel Andrews introduced the public holiday for Melbourne Cup, he suggests it’s a great opportunity to be with family and friends while enjoying the Australia’s national game.

12. METRO TUNNEL FINISH DATE

This $11 billion Metro Tunnel is expected to be completed in 2025.

13. CAN YOU SWIM IN THE YARRA RIVER?

It’s a fair point to be inquisitive on this, it’s a beautiful setup, an ideal scene to jump into the water and test yea? Well, unfortunately it’s illegal to swim in the Yarra River south of Gipps Street in Abbotsford.

17. LATE NIGHT BARS AND EATERIES OPEN NOW!

Melbourne got an array of late-night bars and eatery joints up until 5.00am or even 7.00am. So, yes, we always google it up when we are out with friends on a Friday night, don’t we?
